Fire Alarm Maintenance Program

Last year, according to the National Fire Protection Association, there were more than 361,500 residential fires reported across North America. Of that, 33% of the homes did not have smoke alarms or had no operational smoke alarms. Total Air & Heat is pleased to announce that we are offering our Energy Savers Customers the opportunity to opt into our fire alarm maintenance program.

The Fire Alarm Maintenance program offers the following benefits:

• Inspect all alarms to ensure they work

• Advise alarm expiration date codes

• Change batteries to Energizer commercial grade or equivalent

• Annual worry-free reminders (never forget again)

• Up to 12 FT Ceilings

Our annual pricing is a flat rate of $100 and includes up to six smoke detectors. The price includes batteries. Each additional smoke detector is $15. Don’t get caught with an inoperable smoke detector. Enroll today and keep your family safe and home in compliance.
