Kayla came out and did a superb job. She was very professional, friendly, and had an eye for detail. She examined, cleaned, and set everything up to have worry free furnaces this winter. Excellent experience.
This afternoon my AC begin to make a terrible noise so I called total air and heat and they had a technician to me in 25 minutes. My technician, Trent, was quick and efficient. He found that my capacitor had gone out. He was able replace the capacitor in a very timely manner. He checked everything to make sure all other parts were working. I have been using this company for mini years and they've replaced my entire system two times. They are very competitive and very quick to come out and help when there is a problem. I would recommend them to anyone. I won't use anyone else.
The service team from Total Air came out this morning to make a small adjustment as a result of my annual service check up. They are truly an amazingly service oriented company as they uncovered the need for the slight adjustment and came right out and made it ! In a world where so many companies use their annual service program to “invent issues” Total Air operates with total integrity and accountability.
It’s been one year after they replaced all my AC vents and I still look forward to a reason to call their office as view their office staff more like “friends with incredible HVAC knowledge”!!!
This is the best run service company that I have ever dealt with, by far!
Total has serviced and replaced two of my units. I had Jeff out to look at a very old unit expecting him to sell me on a new one, but he took a consultative approach. I really appreciate this approach. We ultimately called him back for the replacement when it failed. The technicians are always on time and friendly. Great company and I refer them to all my neighbors!
The Total Air team did a great job installing our new a/c unit. They were very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful...encouraging us to ask any questions we might have re the installation process. They did a great job of removing old unit & moving new equipment into attic w/o disturbing our household . Left everything very clean. Wld definitely recommend Total Air to anyone searching for a/c maintenance and/or replacement!
My technician, Julian, was quick and efficient. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do and it worked great. Love this company been using them for years. They installed my last complete system and it's a greatx and works very efficiently. Wouldn't use anybody else.
The Total Air & Heat Crew did an outstanding job of replacing my HVAC system. They were excellent workers, courteous, and very neat and tidy. I am very pleased with their work!!!
Technician professional did a thorough job. Alex was very nice. There was some confusion about the old credit card their office had on file but aside from that, I am very much pleased with the service from this company. Will definitely use them again.
Tyler of Total Air & Heat came out to figure out what was wrong with one of my AC units. He did find the issue. I found him to be patient and thorough.
Subsequently it was determined that I needed a new system. Robert took the time to thoroughly assess the whole cooling system including ducts etc. He provided options and walked me through all of the "whys" and "wherefores" so that I had a good understanding. He was very knowledgeable and congenial.
And Noah and the installation crew for the new system were outstanding. Thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and all of that working on a day of extreme Texas heat. Good job all!
We had Tyler here for maintenance of our 4 A/C units and I wanted to highly recommend him and Total Air & Heat. Tyler had to work for several hours in our hot attic and in the hot afternoon outside to service all the units, but he was cheerful and polite throughout. He explained what he had done and asked if we had any questions. He also explained the easy way to order the filters for next time. Thanks Tyler!

Toilet Repair Services

Toilet repair services address any issues with your toilet. Whether your toilet has a clog that you can’t fix or it’s leaking, plumbers can correctly diagnose the issue and use the correct tools to fix it. Even if your toilet seems like it’s working correctly, there may be a minor problem that steadily gets worse. We always recommend that homeowners make small repairs quickly because once they worsen, repair bills can escalate. We also recommend that homeowners keep on the lookout for any signs that their toilets need repairs.

Signs You Need Toilet Repair Services

  • Toilet clogs all the time: If you frequently find yourself using the plunger to fix your clogged toilet, there may be a deeper issue. One of our plumbers can inspect your toilet to determine the root cause of the problem.
  • Leaking tank: If your toilet seems to be constantly running or you hear what’s called “ghost flushing,” you could have a tank leak. You may also see rippling water in the toilet bowl even though the toilet hasn’t been flushed. A damp floor or water pooling at the base of the tank is another sign of a tank leak.
  • You hear gurgling noises: If you frequently hear gurgling noises, there could be a clog or something wrong inside your sewer line. For hidden issues, call one of our Total Air & Plumbing plumbers to identify the problem.
  • Broken handle: A broken handle is a relatively straightforward problem. To fix it professionally, though, call a plumber as the reasons could be due to rust, corrosion, or a broken component that needs to be replaced.
  • A weak flush: A weak flush is usually due to low water supply pressure issues in your main line, old pipes, or a faulty flush valve. To determine the exact cause, call one of our plumbers.

Why Hiring a Professional Is a Good Idea

While you may attempt to fix your toilet on your own, we usually advise against it. For one, you may make the problem worse. Secondly, most people don’t have the proper tools to do the job right.

However, when you hire professional plumbers, you’ll get licensed experts with years of experience. For instance, our plumbers can diagnose and fix issues on the same day. We carry all the tools we’ll need in our well-stocked vehicles to ensure we’re prepared to handle your repair job.

Toilet Installation Services

Sometimes, a repair isn’t the best solution. If your toilet is old, has a cracked tank, or has frequent repair issues, you may want to consider replacing it altogether. When you schedule toilet installation services with Toilet Air & Plumbing, we’ll remove your old toilet, install your new one, reconnect the water supply line, and make sure it functions effectively.

Signs You Need Toilet Installation Services

  • Your toilet is old: The most obvious sign you should replace your toilet is that it’s simply old. Old toilets don’t work very well and are less water-efficient. You may even have additional problems, like rust and corrosion inside the tank.
  • Mineral buildup: Mineral buildup in the toilet bowl can be due to hard water. Over time, this buildup can affect the water flow in your toilet as well as the amount of water you use.
  • Hairline cracks in the porcelain: Hairline cracks can cause slow leaks. While they may not seem serious, these cracks can eventually cause water damage and structural problems. Replacing your toilet as soon as you notice them can prevent costlier problems in the future.
  • Your tank leaks: If your tank is leaking because you have a major crack in your porcelain, call one of our plumbers and have them replace it immediately. A large crack will not only cause water damage to your floors, but it could also lead to foundation issues.
